Democrats Have Wasted Dam Money Bribing Foreign Criminals and Building Low Speed Rail

Every time you look around California democrats are bribing terrorists and foreign criminals to take up residence in California with taxpayer funds.  Anything left over from the democrat party of California  aiding and abetting foreign terrorists, murders and rapists is spent on the most expensive slow speed rail in history which will go  from nowhere to nowhere hauling nobody at incredibly slow speeds and which no sane business or corporation wants to invest in.

There is simply no money left over to fix failing dams or roads or to pay for the aggressive ground water management in southern California which would deal intelligently with next inevitable drought.

On the bright side the investigation for who let the next batch of terrorist in when the next terrorist attack hits won't have to go far.  The investigation can start in Sacramento and can be laid at the feet of every elected democrat in California.  They are all on record stating their intention to give sanctuary to every foreign terrorist.
