Government Dope

When the state government wants to be your drug dealer of choice.  

So the state of California is trying to crack down on unlicensed marijuana dealers.  They are raiding "illegal" pot shops, confiscating goods and may even fine, arrest and jail Dopes selling dope without state sanction.  

The problem occurs when this stuff hits the courts.  So the government's real problem is they want a cut of the take.  They want to tax dope deals.  After all cannabis is legal in the state of California.  So if I get called for jury duty I am supposed to help government dope dealers muscle out the little guy who is trying to move in on their action.  

Let me get this straight, the same government that picks and chooses which federal laws it will follow and which it will not and even participates in a conspiracy to violate federal law with a racket called "Sanctuary City" or Sanctuary state, wants me help them push around rival drug dealers.  No thanks.  I'll pass.  If they put me on that jury I might consider declaring that  any non violent person whose only crime is selling unlicensed marijuana  is innocent.  Further more I might consider that the state is guilty of harassment and that accused should have the right to sue the state government for selective enforcement, racketeering, drug dealing, violation of federal laws  as well as abuse of bogus authority.  If the state and its agents can pick and chose which federal laws to follow why can we pick and choose which state laws to follow?  Sanctuary Dope.  Dope Sanctuary!!!  

The preceding has been a political joke about an opinion about a movie plot.  No real Mary Janes or even Mary Sues where harmed!@#  

After all, as everyone knows, jury nullification is not a real thing.
