Has Gov Brown Burned Down The State To Protect His Sister?

Governor Brown vetoed a bill that would among other things moved some of the power lines in California under ground.  Some speculate that the reason he didn't is that his sister who makes over million dollars from an energy board, would find her pocketbook impacted by the cost of moving power lines underground.


So it appears that California burns so that Governor Brown can serve the financial wishes of his family.
