I am a customer of a company who shall remain nameless. Round about Oct 27, 2018 they took my money and refused to deliver the service they promised. You know, I think there's a word for that.....
Well I discovered this error on or about 4 November 2018 and submitted a customer support ticket.
As of this writing I don't have the promised services I purchased and customer support seems to be hiding somewhere. They have not contacted me to tell fix my problem and give me compensation for the loss of services.
So is it just me or are you experiencing a lack of support from customer support and utter silence from management too?
They were quick to take my money but slow to deliver services. What a way to run an empire.
