At least it will be what some employers will say they are doing. Firing all the sexual harassers. Oddly enough they will fire EVERYONE. Male and female alike. Then, depending on the bosses temperament, one of the following will happen:
1) The boss or bosses will replace all humans with robots, computers and machines. Sexual harassment is no longer an option.
2) The boss or bosses will hire a strictly male work force. The chances for sexual harassment are sharply reduced.
3) In the case of Hollywood and the entertainment field in general, the boss or bosses will hire the most attractive call-girls, prostitutes and porn actresses who are willing to take the gig. Sex will become company policy. Women who already think that almost any sex all the time is a good idea will be hired. Any women who don't agree will not be hired. All future famous and popular Hollywood actresses will have come up through the ranks of adult movies--there will be no exceptions.
4) In another Hollywood variant all actors and actresses will be computer generated. All problems concerning actors and actresses will cease.
5) Yet another Hollywood variant will see studios move to third world countries. All the Russian and Ukrainian women on those mail order bride dating sites will be offered lucrative careers first in the adult field star field and if they are successful and popular there they will then have the chance to become mainstream actresses. From that day forward the world's most popular actresses will speak with an eastern European accent and will all have done very, very good porn before making it big in the non-adult movies. Sex with movie moguls, costars and directors will be part of the lifestyle. No woman who rejects that lifestyle will star or even appear in any film. It's perfectly fine if say 99% of the women offered these positions reject them. The movie people only need that 1% to succeed.
