If #Trump weren't such a jackwagon he would stop paying attention to bribed, communist, treasonous whores and direct Session to arrest every government official at any level of government who supports Sanctuary cities or the notion of a Sanctuary states. Also everyone anywhere who has aided and abetted the conspiracy to violate federal law known as the Sanctuary movement should be subject to such huge fines and penalties that you could actually build a wall between the US and Mexico with all those fines.
