1) To invite space aliens to California to poop on, jab with diseased infected needles, rob, rape and murder all the evil, filthy humans.
2) The space aliens will have to wait in line because California democrats have already let all the domestic thieves, rapists and murderers have first crack at law abiding Californians.
3) Whoops, the space aliens are actually third in line after domestic criminals have had their fill California democrat legislators have invited foreign criminals and terrorists to rob, rape, molest and murder as many legal citizens as they can get their hands on
4) Well the space aliens might actually be fourth in line. California democrats have invited drug addicts, bums, vagrants and hobos to poop on the school children of California and jab those school children with AIDS and hepatitis infected needles.
