Some of the sexual scandals around today make we wish we had a 30 day waiting period to vet a politicians before running him or submitting him to high office. During that 30 days we encourage everyone who has anything to say against him to make charges and present evidence anonymously. For 90 days after that the evidence is investigated. If he comes out clean we run him for high office or submit his name for consideration to be appointed to high office. Any accusations made outside of that 120 day period are considered purely political and are not taken seriously by the voting public. The police or prosecutors who think otherwise are of course still free to pursue whatever leads or cases the law allows. This is a "30 day waiting period" for the public to buy a politicians line of bull.
