Actually, as long as democrats are in charge of California, Mexico is practically part of California. California democrats have declared that they desire no border enforcement. This means that not only anyone from Mexico who wishes to have free health care can walk across the border and get it but any poor or impoverished person from say China or India who manages to get to Mexico can sneak across the border and get free health care. Moreover, all California democrats have declared that they will move heaven and earth to help these foreign criminals evade ICE and the federal government.
So California democrats have invited billions of poor people from all over the world to come illegally to California and they have pledged to pay for the health care of these foreign criminals.
This means the taxpayers of California will be on the hook for trillions of dollars in health care the moment Gavin Newsom becomes governor of California.
