If you want good things to happen in your life you have make good things happen in the lives of others.
Look at it this way, suppose you wanted to empty the ocean. If you could fill a container with a gallon of water how long would it be until you emptied the ocean. There are well over 250 billions of gallons of water if you added up all the water in all the world's oceans. Even if you could take a gallon of water per second, it would take you several lifetimes to empty the ocean.
Suppose everyone in the world took a gallon of water out of the ocean. Well, there are billions of people in the world. Each person would have to go down to the ocean and fill their gallon bucket fewer than 250 times to empty the ocean. It could be done in less than a year.
If you want a world full of kindness and blessings then you need to be one of those people doing your part to fill your gallon bucket.
For most real people in the real world, even for the truly religious, the good things you want to have happen to yourself and others will come from other people. They will not come from divine beings floating down from on high. It is as though we are Gods hands and eyes and we are the way God makes himself known and manifest in the world. If you aren't manifesting God then He isn't being manifested. The only thing stopping the power--even the power of prayer and blessings from reaching you is you.
